Cat & Claudia’s Community Pharmacy was founded in September 2023 by Catherine Bronger and Claudia Sharkawy. 

What started as a compounding pharmacy has been turned into an innovative best of class pharmacy, where patients can access a range of professional services including sleep apnoea, dose administration aids, weight management programs, and more. 

Cat & Claudia’s also developed an online pharmacy platform, where their customers can fill their prescriptions and shop their retail products from the comfort of their own home, with delivery available.

Catherine and Claudia work closely with all levels of the business to build on a pharmacy that strives to address unique patient needs.  All staff at Cat & Claudia’s, both in management positions and front of shop, work collaboratively to deliver quality service with first-hand knowledge supported by ongoing training. Cat & Claudia’s will continue to deliver a professional service that focuses on optimal patient care.  

Working in pharmacies for many years, Catherine identified a real need for digitization of the workflow processes to drive efficiencies in the pharmacy operations.  Together with Hamish Henderson and Liam Bray, SparrowHub was developed to directly address these real-world issues, and the technology is now implemented in her pharmacies, and being rolled out to other pharmacies, to drive efficiencies.
