Tranquility Clinton is a Partner in RSM’s Risk Advisory division, with nearly 15 years dedicated experience delivering probity and procurement advisory services. 

She is nationally recognised for her expertise in navigating complex, high-value, and politically sensitive procurements, and is a trusted advisor to government departments, agencies, and statutory bodies at all levels.

As the national lead of RSM’s Probity, Procurement Consultancy and Integrity Services practice, Tranquility has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s strategic direction in public sector procurement. Her portfolio spans procurements ranging from $200K to over $30 billion, including major infrastructure, public construction, complex IT/ICT, and goods and services engagements.

Tranquility’s experience spans the full spectrum of government, having advised Commonwealth agencies, State agencies, and Local Government authorities. This includes advising on Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs), State-based procurement frameworks, and Local Government Act compliance.

Tranquility is a sought-after trainer and facilitator, having delivered probity and ethics workshops across diverse stakeholder groups, including executive teams, procurement teams and evaluation panels. Since 2015, she has been a guest lecturer in the Master of Construction Management program at the University of Melbourne, delivering sessions on probity, ethics, and codes of conduct in procurement delivery methods. Her sessions are known for their clarity, relevance, and real-world application, drawing on her extensive experience and case studies.
