Dr Toby Ford founded Ford Health over 30 years ago in Brisbane, with the business growing over the years to offer easily accessible clinics across Australia.

What initially started off as a focus on working with organisations to provide statutory compliance and health services, has since evolved to working with companies and staff on Being Well - a notion of doing the best you can, with what you have.

The impact of COVID-19 was seen in various ways across organisations, and the transition for the team at Ford Health involved a shift from seeing patients in person, to offering a range of tele-health style consultations to support their clients and staff who were now located in different parts of the world due to international border closures.

The single greatest legacy of when an employee leaves is that their health is intact physically, mentally, medically and spiritually.

In his chat with Steve, Toby discusses the importance of EAP (Employee Assistance Program) and supporting individuals on their own way of being healthy, being well, and engaging with others.
