2023 has been quite the adventure, filled with highs and lows. As the year comes to a close, we are proud of the way we have navigated the challenges and opportunities together with you, our valued clients. At RSM, we believe that every challenge is an opportunity to learn, grow and innovate.

As we move forward into 2024, it’s important to remember that you can never turn back the clock. Our world is evolving at a breathtaking pace - and the speed of change is only going to get faster. In this era of rapid transformation, being well-informed, fostering connections within your community, and learning to adapt to change will be the keys to success in 2024 and beyond.

We have had a busy and productive year in our Cape-to-Cape region offices.

We have welcomed new staff, said goodbye to others and finally finished furnishing the Margaret River office. Our team has been quite busy with Xero seminars, which have been well-received by the local community. Special thanks to Marella, Kiana and Grant for their organisation and expertise. Our office had the pleasure of attending the BCCI Business Excellence Awards in October as one of the event sponsors. Mark presented our sponsored award on behalf of RSM in the Small Business category. The team have also spent some time exploring the local pubs and restaurants with Simon, who also became a Partner this year.

We bid farewell to Chloe. Chloe has been with us for eight years and we will all miss her as she leaves RSM to embark on her new business venture. We wish her and partner Brodie all the best (pictured).
