BIOGRAPHY

Bernadette Howard is an Assistant Manager in the Business Advisory Division in Wagga Wagga. 

Bernadette is a qualified Charted Accountant and has extensive experience working with small businesses, especially those in the Agribusiness sector. 

Bernadette enjoys supporting clients as they transition from working for wages to startup small business operators. As their journey continues, she guides them through the process and is involved until they become successful businesses.

Bernadette has also recently managed a collaboration between Xero, Figured and RSM, where she ran workshops explaining Figured, how it works, and demonstrated how it can assist farm operators to track their production and manage their cash flows.

"I am passionate about the future of regional Australia and want to help regional communities to prosper, especially those in the Agribusiness sector".

Prior to working at RSM, Bernadette lived and worked on Lord Howe Island as a barista/waitress. She has also worked as also worked as: a farmhand, cleaner, waitress, bar attendant clerk, and an administrative assistant.

Bernadette is well accustomed to the farming life, growing up working on a sheep farm in the Southern Tablelands.

In her spare time she enjoys helping out with her family farm and keeping fit. Bernadette is also a retired hockey player and a keen supporter of Rugby League.

  • Bachelor of Accounting with joint study in Financial Planning
