Hoi Wai Khin, Director, Business Consulting, RSM
Wai Khin specialises in information security and business continuity, and has vast overseas and local experience in managing technology risk.

In his current position, Wai Khin has extensive exposure to the management of risk/audit/security programmes to meet legal, human resources, audit, IT, risk management and information security requirements. This involves constant innovation of ideas to implement value-added security programmes to support the client's organisational objectives and building a robust security framework that goes beyond regulatory compliance.

His global experiences include assisting organisations in audits for IT due diligence, Sarbanes Oxley 404 IT General Computer Control, and IT diagnostics for mergers & acquisitions. Wai Khin has also supported clients in ISO 27001 certification projects, cloud technology, bring your own device (BYOD), as well as compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and internal and external IT audit requirements.

Prior to joining the firm, he was an information security officer managing security, business continuity and audit programmes for a global B2B company. His experiences also include working as a data protection officer for a leading semiconductor manufacturer, tasked with protecting highly confidential R&D IP information. Wai Khin also previously provided audit assurances, security and business continuity advisory services at a Big 4 firm.

Jonathan Yuen, Head of Employment Benefits (Disputes), Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP
Jonathan is the head of the contentious side of the Employment & Benefits Practice Group of the firm. He has extensive experience in advising and representing clients in complex corporate disputes by employing interest-based negotiation strategies and rigorous litigation when required, and has argued successfully as Lead Counsel at the High Court and the Court of Appeal.

The Legal 500 Asia Pacific (2016) describes him as “commercially-savvy” and clients say that he is “sharp, thorough and solution driven” and “generates solutions that are thoughtful, clear and achieve business objectives.”

Francis Chan, Senior Associate, Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP
Francis is a member of the Employment & Benefits Practice Group (Disputes) team of the firm. He frequently advises and represents clients in disputes with the CPF Board, Ministry of Manpower and TAFEP. Francis has acted for clients ranging from multinational companies to SMEs and has successfully acted as lead counsel and successfully defended employers, including one multinational main-contractor, against non-fatal and fatal personal injury claims by their former employees and former employee's estate respectively.

Chen Ding, Senior Consultant, Regional Health Consulting, Mercer
Chen Ding is a senior consultant with Mercer’s Regional Health Consulting team. He provides consultative advice to organisations on their insurance benefits design and workforce health and wellness strategy. He has extensive experience in helping clients to build business cases to address gaps of diversity and inclusion-related benefit coverage (e.g., mental illness, developmental disorder, transgender surgery, infertility etc.).

His client portfolio includes tier 1 financial institutions, consulting and outsourcing firms, and clients in the hospitality and manufacturing industry.

Chen Ding holds both a Bachelor of Business Management in finance and an MBA from Singapore Management University.

Naviti Mardia, Consultant, Regional Health, Mercer

Naviti is a Consultant within the Asia Health Consulting team in Singapore. Naviti provides consulting advice and support for many multinational clients on a wide spectrum of benefits-related aspects, including benefit design, benefit harmonization, cost management, multinational pooling and health management. She has been closely involved in building our value proposition on Wellbeing for employees and is our go-to consultant for flex projects. Naviti’s strength lies in data analytics, operational efficiency and cost optimization, which provide an edge to the projects she works on. Naviti is also project managing and implementing key strategic initiatives for the Singapore office, while working closely with the CEO’s office.

She joined Mercer in 2017 with four years of work experience across the audit and management consulting industries in India. In her previous role at  Accenture, she has been involved in organization transformation, change management and cost-reduction projects to build HR strategies for her clients in India.

Naviti received her MBA with a major in finance from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research in India.
