The Circular Infrastructure Grant is for innovative projects that enhance the circular economy by increasing material recovery and recycling, reducing contamination and waste sent to landfill.

For innovative projects that enhance the circular economy by increasing material recovery and recycling, reducing contamination and waste sent to landfill.

Projects must be one of the following:

  • Recover and recycle materials such as paper, glass or organics from municipal or commercial sources
  • Improve sorting and processing through the installation of new equipment or technology
  • Demonstrate that recycled materials will be reused or sold into valuable markets
  • Promote reuse, repair or remanufacturing to reduce waste and landfill dependency.

Grants of up to $500,000 are available.

Applicants must be:

  • South Australian businesses
  • Local Governments
