Employee assistance program

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers staff the opportunity to talk confidentially to trained counsellors about the issues they are experiencing. This is a free counselling service offered to all employees and members of their immediate families. All cases are handled with total discretion and confidentiality. 

Employee social and sporting events

RSM rewards employees with various social events including end of month drinks, trivia nights, end of financial year functions, sporting events, Christmas functions and much more. 

Supporting selected charities 

RSM actively supports the communities in which we live and work. At a national level, we have been a national loyalty partner with the Australian Red Cross since 2006, participating in programs such as the Good Start Breakfast Club, Cross Dress for Red Cross and providing financial support.
Our employees also raise money which the Firm matches for contributions to support victims of natural disasters and other programs throughout the year. Locally, our employees participate in a wide range of charitable activities, from Movember in support of The Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia and Beyond Blue, through to Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea in support of The Cancer Council.

At RSM you don't have to sacrifice your career for the sake of a holiday. We offer employees the opportunity to take two or four weeks paid leave per year in addition to their existing annual leave entitlements, giving employees a total of six or eight weeks leave. 

Additional paid parental leave

We understand an addition to the family is among the most exciting life experiences and should be time spent with your loved ones. For this reason RSM offers paid parental leave to both male and female employees. 

Flexible working arrangements

To assist you in the balancing act RSM offers a range of flexible working arrangements. These arrangements are offered on both a permanent or short basis. If necessary these arrangements can be tailored to suit your individuals needs and commitments.
