Background:

Harvestaire was established in 1980 to aid drought affected West Australian farmers by developing an innovative blower front kit for their headers.

Since 1980, Harvestaire now manufacture, import and distribute harvester and tractor parts. Harvestaire is primarily an aftermarket parts business, servicing combines and tractors nationally and all manufacturing is done within Australia.

Harvestaire engaged RSM in December of 2020 for NetSuite consulting to extend the ERP to provide eCommerce capability.

Harvestaire was looking for a product that could be with them as they continue to innovate and put technology at the forefront of all of their decisions.

Harvestaire had the continuous challenge of using multiple reporting systems, excel files and employee knowledge which led to a lack of meaningful reporting and confusion.
