“RSM offers strategic advice particularly when it comes to managing finance. I will be looking to Ray and the team in the next five years to provide advice on the best way to finance the business to sustain growth”.
- Adam Guilmartin, Owner
ADG Prestige Builders was established in 2002 after owner Adam Guilmartin decided a career change was in order. Tired of sitting in an office working behind a computer, Adam started a career in construction.
The construction industry faces numerous challenges such as antiquated planning laws resulting in long-lead times from buying to development and financial constraints. When looking for a business adviser to assist with these challenges Adam wanted to find someone who could think out of the box, solve problems and who had the experience and contacts to assist with finance.
Adam Guilmartin, said, “RSM was initially recommended by a friend. I previously worked with a smaller accountant but following a merger with a larger practice, I was conscious that the fees had increased but I was not getting the service I expected.
“Confidence in the advisers was my main reason for working with RSM but I now consider our adviser, Ray Scott, a personal friend as well. Ray and the RSM team provide exceptional service and make a real difference to the business. Ray sometimes even visits me at home, which goes much further than what one would expect from a business adviser in a big firm. The service is above and beyond that of other accountants and accounting firms. Ray is professional, friendly and essential to my business success”.
Ray Scott said, “RSM provides ADG Prestige Builders with financial advice, business planning, cashflow management, risk management, preparing financial statements and tax returns”.
There is great potential for growth for ADG Prestige Builders in the next five years. Success will depend on being able to access finance for projects and managing debt appropriately.
