The firm is also part of the RSM global network which is the world’s sixth largest audit, tax, and consulting network found in 123 countries.

These services are now delivered nationally and together with other corporate areas including restructuring and recovery, audit, and corporate finance, which constitutes 43% of the firm’s revenue.

The innovative spirit has been at RSM since the initial ‘business system’ was patented by the firm’s founder in 1924. The past decade has seen the firm fully embrace purpose-driven innovation through the appointment of an Innovation Committee, and rollout of an Innovation Portal, seeking continuous and disruptive improvements from all parts of the practice.

As an organisation with many staff from diverse backgrounds and beliefs, the launch of the firm’s diversity and inclusion program, Diversify, in 2016 has provided a plan to ensure the firm embeds the right behaviours to build a truly diverse and inclusive culture.
