RSM extends corporate tax practice with appointment of experienced new Partner

RSM has announced the appointment of Carl Di Lorenzo as a new Partner in the firm’s tax services division based in Perth.

The appointment is effective 1 November 2021. 

Prior to joining RSM, Carl was Tax Partner at BDO. Carl has built a strong reputation as a leading tax adviser to Australian and international clients, specialising in large and medium-sized public and private companies.

His experience extends across international tax, corporate restructures, income tax consolidations, and general corporate tax consulting and compliance.
