For the third consecutive year, RSM Australia (RSM) has been awarded Best Accounting and Consulting Services Firm (Revenue > $200m) at the 2021 Client Choice Awards.
In addition, RSM tied for Best Accountant, in Angus Smith, and Best Overall Professional Services Firm (>$200m).
These awards are based on clients’ rating of professional services firms, in an independent survey conducted by Beaton.
RSM’s Chief Executive Partner, Jamie O’Rourke said,
"What an extraordinary year we have all experienced. Adopting new technologies and modifying the manner in which we serve clients has presented enormous challenges for us all.
We believe we have responded to the challenges of the last 12 months to better understand what our clients want and modified our service model to meet the expectations of our staff while delivering on our client promise. This is also the third year in a row that Angus Smith has been nominated for Best Accountant and the second time he has taken home the award. In 2019, Angus was also voted the overall Best Professional. Angus is based in the Busselton office of RSM and works with clients throughout regional WA.

“Whilst it takes a team to deliver this level of service, I would like to particularly congratulate Angus Smith on being a joint winner in the category of “Best Accountant”.
This is the third year in a row Angus has been a finalist, and the second time he has won the award.
RSM was also a finalist in the new category of Best Client Experience firm.
RSM has a long history of success at the Client Choice awards, with a total of 41 nominations and 16 wins since 2005.
