RSM is the highest ranking mid-tier firm in AFR’s Top 100 Graduate Employers 2018 and also recognised as a finalist in the Most Popular Accounting, Professional Services and Consulting Employer category.
The firm is in the top seven of graduate employers within the Accounting, Consulting and Professional Services industry of AAGE’s Top 75 Graduate Employers list.
The rankings acknowledge the firm as a highly sought-after destination for outstanding and ambitious young people looking to launch their careers.
AFR’s Top 100 Graduate Employers were determined following an analysis of the success of advertising programs, employer branding and organisations which attracted the most applicants.
The Top 75 Graduate Employers list was created from an anonymous survey of over 2,500 graduates with up to 12 months of full-time experience with their organisation, rating their employer on 25 different categories including orientation or induction program, training and development program, quality of work and company culture.
RSM’s National Chairman Jamie O’Rourke says the timing of the awards is particularly significant for a number of reasons.
‘Last week, we welcomed into the firm and hosted over 70 graduates from around the country across our 30 offices at our annual week-long induction program, Grad Week, in Sydney. We have also just launched the Graduate Program for 2019, inviting applicants for next year.
Attracting the best and brightest talent to RSM is critical to our long term success and I am delighted that our graduates identify with the firm as a place where they can do their best work and help them grow.’
In 2017, RSM received more than 2500 applications for its graduate program.
