WHEN ARE WE BUSY?

  • Repeat business/ ongoing client relationships (very rarely one-off assignments)
  • Tax busy periods correspond with ATO lodgement due dates
  • July to May – Income tax returns
  • July, October, January & April – BAS
  • May – FBT returns
  • June – traditional quiet period where we are planning for new Financial Year
  • Advisory assignments – any time of year/ when required by clients

As a result, there is a steady flow of work throughout the year and we have normal working hours all year round compared to other divisions (eg Audit).


WHERE DO WE WORK?

  • Majority of work done in office environment
  • Due to nature of work, specialised software & client visits to office

You will get out of the office at some point!

  • Mainly to metropolitan client premises, intermediaries (eg banks) etc.
  • Opportunities to travel to other offices & to clients and organisations across the state & country
