STCs - Financial Services variation

Confirmation of Terms  

Our full standard terms and conditions are detailed at https://www.rsm.global/australia/engagement-terms and our engagement with you will be governed by the applicable terms which may be updated from time to time (Standard T&Cs).       
The Standard T&Cs will apply to the Services set out in this engagement letter with the following variations:  

(a)    a new clause 4d will be included in the Standard T&Cs to read:     
“If the Services are being performed by RSM Financial Services Australia Pty Ltd, all fees for such Services will be disclosed in the engagement letter. Any additional expenses or charges will not be incurred without your written consent.”     

(b)    Clause 6f of the Standard T&Cs will be updated to include the following words at the end of the clause:     
“RSM Financial Services Australia Pty Ltd, will manage conflicts of interest in line with its Conflicts of Interest Policy.”     

(c)    clause 11b of the Standard T&Cs will be updated to include the following words at the end of the clause:     
“This clause does not apply to any Services that are performed by RSM Financial Services Australia Pty Ltd.”     

(d)    clause 11c of the Standard T&Cs will be updated to include the following words at the end of the clause:     
“This clause does not apply to any Services that are performed by RSM Financial Services Australia Pty Ltd.”     

(e)    clause 13d of the Standard T&Cs will be updated to include the following words at the end of the clause:     
“RSM Financial Services Australia Pty Ltd provides all advice in writing within either a Statement of Advice or Record of Advice and any communication prior to the provision of written advice should be considered general and not acted upon.”     

(f)    Clause 15 of the Standard T&Cs will be updated to include the following words at the end of the clause:     
“This clause does not apply to any Services that are performed by RSM Financial Services Australia Pty Ltd.”     

(g)    clause 16 of the Standard T&Cs will be updated to include the following words at the end of the clause:     
“If you are receiving services RSM Financial Services Australia Pty Ltd, then your engagement letter will outline a notice period for termination.”     

(h)    clause 18 of the Standard T&Cs will be updated to include the following words at the end of the clause:     
“If you are receiving Services from RSM Financial Services Australia Pty Ltd, any disputes or complaints which relate to those Services will be managed in accordance with the complaints handling policy, which can be found here.
