RSM's local newsletter.

As we embark on 2026, it is the perfect time to reflect on the past year and plan for the year ahead.

Last year marked a decade of our unified global brand, a significant milestone that reaffirms our promise to you: The Power of Being Understood. For us, this means understanding your business, your connection to the RSM community, your challenges and your ambitions.
While global events have dominated headlines, we remain focused on the issues affecting regional Australia.

Severe weather often coincides with this time of year, putting rural and remote communities at risk. The new government early warning tool is a great way to stay informed, assess resilience, and plan ahead. We hope everyone stays safe and remains prepared.

It has been an exciting six-months in the Moora office, from personal achievements to team training and events, we have remained busy through it all.

At RSM Australia across the country, last year has been one of continued growth under new leadership.

At the start of this financial year, Robert Miano stepped into the role of Chief Executive Partner. Since then, his focus has been on connecting with our teams and clients across the country, listening to your stories, and learning what matters most to your business.

Of course, you don't have to wait for a visit from our Chief Executive Partner to tell us your thoughts. We value your opinion and would love to hear your feedback at any time.

Best regards,

The team at RSM in Moora

LOCAL TEAM NEWS

Congratulations to Senior Accountant Ella Raffan on completing her Chartered Tax Adviser program in October. With both her CA and CTA, Ella brings valuable specialist tax knowledge to support our clients. We’re proud to have her as a key member of the team.

In a personal achievement, Reagan Manns, a Partner in both the Jurien Bay and Moora office, recently travelled to Tasmania, making it to the top of Mt Wellington.

For the recent Melbourne Cup, our office held a cocktail event to celebrate.

Alongside the usual race-day excitement our team also took part in a cocktail making competition. A special highlight of the day goes to the horses enjoying their own ‘carrot cocktails,’ which added a fun touch and sparked plenty of laughs.

Our office also held a CRM training day to help team members strengthen their knowledge of our client management system and continue delivering great service. A big thanks to the Jurien Bay team for travelling to Moora to collaborate on the session.
