RSM's local newsletter.

As we embark on 2026, it is the perfect time to reflect on the past year and plan for the year ahead.

Last year marked a decade of our unified global brand, a significant milestone that reaffirms our promise to you: The Power of Being Understood. For us, this means understanding your business, your connection to the RSM community, your challenges and your ambitions.
While global events have dominated headlines, we remain focused on the issues affecting regional Australia.

Severe weather often coincides with this time of year, putting rural and remote communities at risk. The new government early warning tool is a great way to stay informed, assess resilience, and plan ahead. We hope everyone stays safe and remains prepared.

Over the past six months, our Northam team has enjoyed strong growth, supported by successive good seasons for the farming communities.

At RSM Australia across the country, last year has been one of continued growth under new leadership.

At the start of this financial year, Robert Miano stepped into the role of Chief Executive Partner. Since then, his focus has been on connecting with our teams and clients across the country, listening to your stories, and learning what matters most to your business.

Of course, you don't have to wait for a visit from our Chief Executive Partner to tell us your thoughts. We value your opinion and would love to hear your feedback at any time.

Best regards,

The team at RSM in Northam

LOCAL TEAM NEWS

We have had a number of team wins, with many staff finishing off modules in their professional studies and the Leadership team undergoing some offsite learning activities.

We also welcomed Ritesh to the team.

Overall, the team has shown great collaboration and we're proud of the progress we've made together.

Our team has been busy with community engagements from spending time with residents at Juniper Aged Care Homes, to continued support for local sports teams through sponsorships, and collaboration with the Avon Valley Arts Society.

Keiran also took part on a radio interview with RRR Network, check it out here.
