At the start of this financial year, Robert Miano stepped into the role of Chief Executive Partner. Since then, his focus has been on connecting with our teams and clients across the country, listening to your stories, and learning what matters most to your business.

In 2025, our team attended the annual EOFY Ball, providing an opportunity to connect with like-minded RSM colleagues from across Western Australia.
Congratulations to Daniel O’Loughlin on his appointment as Director of our Fremantle Office.
Daniel began his journey with the firm 18 years ago as an undergraduate in our Kalgoorlie office and later moved to Perth, where the Fremantle office has since become his professional home. His dedication, deep experience, and long-standing commitment to our clients and teams make this achievement incredibly well deserved. We look forward to the leadership and insight he will bring to his new role.
We are excited to announce that together we raised $400 for Bandana Day, a day dedicated to helping young people find life in the face of cancer.
Thank you to everyone who donated and got involved with this initiative.
Special shoutout to Daniel for this fantastic presentation at the BNI event in East Fremantle. His presentation was focused on the work we do within the business advisory and compliance spaces.
Melina recently attended the XeroCon seminar in Brisbane along with colleagues from other RSM offices. It was a great opportunity to meet with our extended network.
