Tim Naulls
Tim Naulls is our Chief Operating Officer based in Melbourne, where he supports the Chief Executive Partner and Executive Committee to translate strategy into practical, firm-wide outcomes.
With more than 20 years’ experience across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the Middle East and the UK, Tim has worked in complex, global organisations, including senior finance roles at McKinsey & Company and as Group CFO at Partners in Performance.
Tim is known for his ability to move between detailed operational issues and high-level strategy, helping leadership teams stay aligned while adapting to change. His focus is on turning intent into execution, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable, lasting impact across the business.

Tim has lived and worked in six countries and still follows New Zealand sports closely. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, spending time with family, and being involved in his local community.

SIGNIFICANT PROJECTS
- In his previous role as Group CFO at Partners in Performance Tim led the global finance, IT and real estate functions which included expansion into new markets and evolving service offerings. Tim was also part of the core team that shaped the commercial outcomes of the deal with Accenture and led the PMI team through the integration phase.
- During his time with McKinsey & Company, Tim worked across multiple regions in senior finance roles, supporting complex, matrixed operations. His work focused on improving financial control while also using data to uncover commercial insights—helping leadership teams identify opportunities, manage risk, and drive sustainable growth.
