Tim Naulls has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO), and is based in our Melbourne office.

Tim brings extensive experience leading operations, finance, and large scale transformation across complex, multi geography professional services organisations. Most recently, he was Group CFO at Partners in Performance (now part of Accenture), where he played a key role in global operations, technology enablement, and post acquisition integration.

Prior to this, Tim spent a combined 17 years with McKinsey & Company in senior leadership roles across Australia, Asia, the Middle East, Greater China and the UK, including as Director of Finance for Australia and New Zealand.
