It has been a full-on start to 2026 – how are things tracking along for you? 

Over the past six months, we’ve seen continued growth in AI, gradually reshaping how businesses operate and creating new opportunities to improve efficiency and allow business owners to focus on the key matters in their business. 

The Esperance region’s agricultural and fishing industries are navigating evolving export conditions, making solid financial foundations matter more than ever.

As your local RSM team, the Esperance office works hard to ensure our people have the right experience and skills to meet your needs. In the past six months, we were pleased to welcome Leearrah Johnstone and Grace Gan back from extended leave.

We also celebrated major milestones for Luke Rosher and Duncan McKenzie on reaching five years of service, and Ben Piercey on celebrating his one-year anniversary. Congratulations to them on reaching these important milestones within the firm.

The team has also changed up our day-to-day activities by introducing new challenges. These are designed to regulate our nervous systems and expand our critical thinking skills, improving our ability to support complex client needs while under pressure. 

Three team members from the Esperance RSM office participated in the national Walk for Autism fundraising challenge held over the month of May. Amber Warren, Ben Piercey and Gail Walker have started out strong and are determined to rank first on RSM’s national leaderboard for the most amount of steps!
