It has been a full-on start to 2026 – how are things tracking along for you? 

As we approach the end of the financial year, it’s an opportunity for our team to reflect on the last six months. Here in Gosford, we’ve welcomed some new faces, reconnected with familiar ones, and celebrated a very special seventieth birthday along the way. From hosting a superannuation and estate planning seminar and attending a careers fair, to engaging more deeply with our local business community as proud members of the Gosford Strip, it’s been a period of growth, connection and momentum.  

Looking ahead, the recent Federal Budget has also introduced some significant proposed changes, particularly around capital gains, trusts and business investment, which will be important considerations as we head into the new financial year.

To make your life just a little bit easier, we've put together some updated resources that our team thinks will help you build resilience and stay strong. We hope they provide some clarity and confidence as we face future challenges.

Our team has also taken time to celebrate and grow together. 

We closed out 2025 on a high, coming together for an end of year celebration at the Beachcomber in Toukley. 

Over the past months, our growing team welcomed Zoe Rao, Nicole Murphy and Tahlia Mulder, while also being thrilled to welcome back Justin Bang, Hamish Comber, Matt Song, Conor O’Dwyer and Shannyn Buckley.

Adding to the celebrations, we marked a very special milestone by celebrating Erica McNair’s seventieth birthday, an occasion that brought the team together. 

Our team has enjoyed staying closely connected with the Central Coast community.

Courtney McKinnon, alongside Shaun La Motte and Grace Bacon, recently presented a superannuation and estate planning seminar at the Gosford RSL, sharing updates on Division 296 tax changes and practical insights on all things super and estate planning.

We were also proud to see Zoe Rao, Alyssa Russotti, Lawrence Ure and Liam Stellino representing RSM at the careers fair at the Gosford Entertainment Grounds, where they connected with school students and showcased the diverse career pathways available at RSM.

Rounding out a busy period of community involvement, our Gosford office became a proud member of the Gosford Strip Precinct and joined fellow local businesses at the first ever Gosford Strip Block Party, celebrating and supporting the local community.
