Cody Keating is a Senior Manager in the Superannuation division in Albury.
Although based in Albury, Cody supports clients in Sydney and Canberra with expert superannuation guidance and advisory services.
Cody Keating joined RSM over 13 years ago. Since joining, Cody has worked to create a career focused on helping his clients. Whether it is navigating complex financial landscapes, or improving national practices, Cody is there to help.
In his day-to-day role, Cody manages a diverse portfolio of clients, providing tailored solutions that align with their individual financial and retirement goals. Cody provides practical strategies to help simplify complex legislation. Cody’s goal is to empower his clients to take control of their retirement planning.

Cody works with middle market and regional SMEs, high net worth individuals, and clients who want more control over their retirement. He makes superannuation easier to understand and creates clear strategies for succession and estate planning.
What Cody enjoys most about his role is working through each client’s unique circumstances. He recognises that retirement and estate goals vary and legislation is constantly evolving. The everchanging landscape, fuels his passion for learning. His passion for all things superannuation drives Cody to be a regular attendee to technical training conferences such as the SMSF Association’s National Conference.
A standout example was when Cody met with a client to explain how superannuation could impact their estate after their passing. The discussion gave the client peace of mind and ensured their beneficiaries were protected from unexpected issues.
Throughout his career, Cody has contributed to many significant projects. From ensuring peace of mind in across all legislative stages of the ATO requirements. Cody is known for his informative presentations on legislative and technical updates.
Cody positions himself nationally whether it be refining RSM's SMSF packs and templates, or mentoring colleagues and team members on all superannuation matters. 
His motivation comes from helping clients achieve retirement independence, supporting his team’s growth and collaborating with colleagues to deliver the best outcomes possible. You can find him working early in the morning or late into the night until he finds the solution his clients and colleagues need!
Outside of work, Cody is a devoted father of two young boys. Cody is passionate about sport, particularly AFL, where he proudly supports Collingwood, as well as the cricket. When he isn’t working, he can often be found watching the AFL or Cricket with his kids.
