David is a Principal in our Audit and Assurance division and is based in our Sydney office. 

As an experienced auditor,  David has developed strong relationships with ASX-listed entities, multinational companies, large private companies, local government councils and family-owned groups. His expertise are not limited to Australia, having previously worked for RSM UK, also a member firm of the RSM International network.

David is an RSM lifer, having first joined the firm in 2010 as a vacationer. Prior to this, David spent a number of years working in retail where he developed a knack for customer service.

David is an early riser and is most productive first thing in the morning. You will often find him out for breakfast, a morning coffee or a decent walk. When he is not working, he loves spending time with his family and friends.

David is also passionate about sport. His days often include early morning wake-ups to catch live games of the NFL & EPL.

•    Lead audit manager for a number of ASX-listed companies, helping them successfully meet their reporting objectives.
•    Assisted a number of clients to navigate through accounting and financial reporting matters associated with the IPO process.
•    Working closely with his clients on a number of complex accounting areas including consolidations, business acquisitions, debt and equity financing treatment, analysis of share-based payments and assessment of goodwill & other long-lived assets.
