David McArthur is a Director of the Financial Services division in Adelaide. David joined RSM in March 2004 and has been involved in the investment and financial services industry since 1994.

David is experienced in providing retirees and wealth accumulators with tax-effective, strategic advice to enable his clients to achieve their financial objectives within their chosen risk parameters.

David’s advice is prepared around the fundamental belief that the best way to enhance security and return is through carefully selecting appropriate strategic and product solutions to achieve a client’s objectives.

While David advises in all areas of financial planning, his areas of specialisation include superannuation, retirement planning, share portfolio construction and management, and insurance advice.

David has traditionally focused on providing tax-effective strategic advice to High-Net-Worth individuals, who will often require the provision of specialist knowledge in trust and company structures.

To ensure the provision of holistic advice, David will formulate and structure a client’s financial affairs such that asset transferral upon death is executed in the most tax-efficient and effective manner. This advisory will typically involve detailed strategic consultation with legal specialists.

David provides financial planning services to clients in Adelaide, Port Lincoln, and other parts of South Australia.
