With over 20 years of experience, he has coached and mentored over 500 executives, helping them achieve their professional goals.

Don's motivation at work stems from his desire to make a positive difference in every interaction and engagement. Prior to joining RSM Australia, Don spent four years working for a global consulting firm before establishing his own firm in 2003. He also held senior line management positions in the retail sector, further enriching his understanding of organisational dynamics and business operations.
