With more than 13 years of experience across the pensions, insurance and government sectors, he brings broad practical knowledge in financial and management accounting, payroll, budgeting, corporate governance and reporting.

His work spans the preparation and analysis of financial statements, cash flow management, tax compliance, payroll services and cloud-based accounting systems. He has also gained experience supporting trust and deceased estate clients, helping navigate more complex tax matters. Happymore has worked with trust and deceased estate clients, providing support on more complex taxation matters than those typically encountered through individual tax returns. This experience broadened his technical knowledge and provided exposure to a wider range of client circumstances and compliance requirements.

He has assisted clients with establishing and maintaining their accounting systems in Xero, including importing opening balances, preparing journals and ensuring financial information was accurately recorded. This work helped clients improve the reliability of their records while supporting day-to-day business reporting needs.

In another engagement, Happymore helped a client identify and resolve accounting and taxation discrepancies within their records.
