Kyle Sermon is a financial adviser in the Financial Services division at RSM in Perth.
Kyle works primarily with individuals and families, helping them navigate key financial stages and challenges.
This includes building and managing long-term wealth, planning for and transitioning into retirement, structuring intergenerational wealth transfers, and ensuring clients and their families are protected against unexpected events.
His goal is to provide ongoing guidance that brings clarity and confidence to his clients’ financial lives. One of the most rewarding aspects of his role is building long-term relationships with clients and supporting them as they work towards achieving their financial goals.
Kyle has been with RSM since completing university, developing his expertise in financial planning over several years. He began his career as a paraplanner, working closely with experienced advisers to build a strong technical foundation and gain practical insight into delivering effective client outcomes. This experience has equipped him with the skills to provide well-structured, tailored advice and guide clients through complex financial decisions with confidence.
Having grown up in regional Western Australia, he enjoys spending time in the country and working with regional clients. Outside of work, he is passionate about sport and enjoys playing AFL, golf, tennis and squash. He also enjoys travelling, whether exploring regional Western Australia or heading overseas.
