Prior to his career in audit, Robert spent four years successfully operating his own restaurant. This experience equipped him with a strong commercial mindset and a practical appreciation of the day‑to‑day challenges faced by business owners—insights he now applies to delivering value for his clients.

Outside of work, Robert is a keen rugby union supporter, following the Springboks, and enjoys off-road cycling. He is also a natural morning person and values starting the day early.
