Talita Pereira is a Bookkeeper at RSM Bunbury and a key member of the WA Health team.

She works closely with healthcare professionals and other sector clients to ensure their financial records are accurate, compliant, and up to date. 

Talita understands the unique requirements of the health and public sectors, offering tailored support that enables clients to focus on delivering quality services while she manages the numbers.

With over a decade of accounting experience across Brazil and Australia, Talita brings precision, reliability, and a client-focused approach to every engagement. Her deep understanding of financial systems and compliance is complemented by extensive payroll expertise, from calculating hours worked and administering PAYG to managing superannuation contributions and meeting all legislative requirements. She is highly skilled in generating payroll reports and preparing and lodging BAS and IAS statements promptly and accurately.

Talita specialises in preparing monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements, supporting businesses with tax compliance and cloud-based digital accounting solutions. Before joining RSM, she served as Operational Manager and Bookkeeper for a construction company in Queensland, a role that broadened her operational insight and confirmed her passion for public accounting.

Over the past three years, Talita has focused on helping businesses streamline financial processes and strengthen their financial foundations. She thrives in working with large organisations and public sector entities, where her attention to detail and structured approach help reduce errors, improve record-keeping, and ensure compliance.
