RSM acquires leading Gosford accounting firm, increases footprint in regional NSW

RSM has acquired the practice of LWM Group in Gosford, progressing the firm’s plans to further expand into regional New South Wales.

LWM Group provides accounting and taxation services to individuals and businesses. The new office brings the total number of RSM offices nationally to 33 with six located in New South Wales. The 3 partners at LWM will all become partners at RSM on 1 July with 26 staff joining as employees.

The acquisition is effective 1 July 2021.
