Please be aware that the ATO has increased its audit and compliance activity, especially on superannuation and tax governance. You may wish to consider appropriate audit insurance. We have an offering coming soon, so please stay tuned.

For those with high super balances, we are keenly awaiting the outcome of the proposed Div 296 tax on balances over $3M. This is a new tax that may affect your retirement planning and wealth transfer. We will be running an information session once we know more, so please stay tuned. We also want to remind you of our Succession & Estate Planning event, which has been rescheduled for early next year. Look out for your new invitation in the New Year.
