Tony Fulton and Dean Bocquet join the firm in Melbourne. 

RSM Australia, one of the largest mid-tier accounting firms in Australia, has announced the appointment of two new partners in its Melbourne office. Tony Fulton joins RSM Australia on April 18 and Dean Bocquet will start on May 1.

Dean will join in Melbourne as a business advisory partner on May 1. 

Dean has more than 25 years of experience in business advisory in both professional practice and the commercial sector, with roles at KPMG and Crowe Horwath Australia. He has extensive expertise in continuous improvement, risk and tax mitigation, key operational and management enhancement, organisational restructuring, leadership and team development, and strategy implementation. Dean has proven business development skills and the ability to negotiate and provide successful outcomes in high-level commercial activities including mergers and acquisitions, business disposals and acquisitions, investor and owner introductions and exits, and buyouts.

Tony Fulton RSM Australia

Tony will join the Melbourne tax group as a partner on April 18.

Tony commenced his career in the corporate tax division of PwC, initially engaged in general corporate tax compliance and advisory services, before moving into more specialist roles in international tax, resources, and mergers and acquisitions transactional services. After spending two years in London, Tony returned to establish and lead a national specialist tax consulting team advising large domestic and multi-national companies on tax management, tax governance, and the application of tax technology. After 17 years in professional services, Tony moved into corporate tax roles at BHP, Elders, and AWE.
