RSM recruits experienced transactions adviser to Corporate Finance team

RSM has announced the appointment of Craig Amos as a new Partner in the firm’s Perth office, specialising in corporate M&A and capital markets advisory services. 

His appointment brings RSM’s rapidly growing Perth Corporate Finance team to three partners, alongside Nadine Marke and Justin Audcent.

Craig has over 20 years’ experience in finance, strategy, mergers and acquisitions and corporate development, both as an adviser and, over the last 10 years, as CFO of both ASX listed and large private companies, as well as in strategy and corporate development roles.

Craig is highly regarded in the Perth market as a trusted corporate adviser to mid-market companies, private companies, family offices and private equity, and his passion for building long-term relationships will deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients. 

RSM anticipates further growth in our Corporate Finance business in the coming year, with the strong mining sector and a high level of business confidence set to ignite more transaction and capital raising activity. 

Craig is also a Non-Executive Director at telecommunications and technology company Pentanet Limited, assisting with corporate development activities, including its successful IPO and ASX listing in January this year. He is also an advisory board member at Curtin University’s School of Accounting.

Craig will commence at RSM on 1 July 2021. Craig’s appointment will bring the number of Partners, Principals and Associate Directors in RSM’s Perth practice to 39.
