Our role

RSM’s Sydney Corporate Finance team, led by Tim Goodman and Sophia Song, acted as the independent investigating accountant for Everlast Minerals. Our team provided rigorous financial due diligence and assurance services, ensuring the company met all regulatory and investor expectations for its public debut.

We worked closely with Everlast’s executive leadership and legal advisors from Palisade Corporate Law, including Connor Graham and Ben Moore, to navigate the complexities of the listing process. The company’s Board, chaired by Paul Qian and supported by Non-Executive Directors George Edwards and Greg Starr, demonstrated strong governance and strategic vision throughout the engagement.

Audit excellence

RSM’s Sydney Audit team also played a critical role as Everlast’s external auditor. Under the leadership of Gary Sherwood, Partner, and Edward Yang, Senior Manager, the audit team ensured the integrity and transparency of Everlast’s financial reporting, reinforcing investor confidence.
