Assistant Manager - Wagga Wagga


Adam is an Assistant Manager in the Business Advisory division in Wagga Wagga. 

Adam has experience working with small businesses, especially those within the Agribusiness, Health, and Property & Construction sectors. 

Adam has assisted a number of clients in building their businesses from the ground up. He can identify each business's unique needs and guide them with his extensive business knowledge. 

He is passionate about educating clients to help them see their business as more than just numbers on a page, whilst also ensuring they hold a solid financial understanding. 

"My motivation comes from working in depth with my clients, determining the goals they want to achieve in business, and implementing strategies to give them the best chance at achieving them ."

Adam started in accounting straight out of school as a trainee accountant in a small boutique firm. After a couple of years, he decided to branch out and gain experience as a travel consultant for a break from the accounting profession. This break allowed him to reinforce that accounting was where he belonged and then re-started his career with RSM.

In his free time, Adam enjoys listening to a range of music (from country to classical and everything in between!) and traveling and exploring different cultures.
