Prior to joining RSM in 2020, Ben held senior advisory roles in both mid-tier and regional firms. It also gave him a unique appreciation of the challenges faced by regional businesses and the importance of having access to high-quality advisory support, no matter where a business is based.

Outside of work, Ben is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys adventure and is always on the lookout for his next big catch. Fishing is his passion, and he relishes the challenge of finding and landing the next big fish. This love of the outdoors reflects Ben’s energetic and adventurous approach to both life and business.
