Bryan Soepardi is a Principal in the Sydney office of RSM Australia.

Since 2017, he has been an integral part of our Tax division, accumulating significant technical expertise. His dedication and proficiency led to his promotion to a Senior Manager within the Tax division in 2022 and a Principal in 2024.

Bryan is dedicated to turning uncertainty into confidence. His commitment goes beyond numbers – it's about making sure clients feel secure and informed as they navigate the unpredictable landscape of taxes.

Bryan is passionate about assisting clients in navigating complex project management tasks or regulatory reviews. Bryan gains satisfaction in helping our clients through scenarios fraught with technical, logistical, or regulatory uncertainty.

Prior to RSM, Bryan has an eclectic background, working in R&D Tax and consulting at a Big 4 to being a songwriter.

Outside of work, Bryan is a massive foodie who enjoys spending his time in the kitchen! and occasionally reciting Shakespeare!

SIGNIFICANT PROJECTS

Led a change management initiative for a large multinational client to design and implement a new record-keeping process for substantiating its R&D Tax Incentive claims.
Specialised in designing and implementing procedures for identifying R&D Tax Incentive opportunities for large, multi-project (i.e., over 2,000 projects) taxpayers. The intention was to maximise opportunities to obtain a tax offset entitlement on eligible R&D activities/expenditure, in the most efficient manner possible.
