Merryn Rogan is a Senior Manager in the Ballarat Business Advisory division.

With over 15 years of experience, Merryn works predominately with farming businesses and rural clients across regional Victoria, helping them navigate the financial, operational and family complexities that come with running a successful farming enterprise.

Merryn specialises in accounting, tax planning and business advisory services, with particular interest in succession planning and ownership transitions for farming families. Having grown up on a farm herself, she brings a practical understanding of the challenges faced by agricultural businesses. 

Her clients rely on her for assistance with compliance obligations, tax planning, cash flow management and business structuring, as well as guidance on growth opportunities, investment and long-term succession. She is committed to helping farming families make informed decisions that support both their business objectives and family goals.

Outside work, Merryn is a mum of three young girls who enjoys running, Pilates and cycling classes whenever time allows.
