Shane Rogan is a Partner in RSM Australia’s Business Advisory division, based in Ballarat.

He works with privately owned businesses, middle market and regional SMEs, and high net worth individuals across real estate and construction, agribusiness, family office, and pharmacy. His work spans accounting and tax, business growth, cash flow management and business structuring, with a particular focus on helping owners navigate periods of change.

Shane is known for working closely with business owners through acquisitions and sales, succession planning and intergenerational wealth transfer, combining detailed financial analysis with practical advice. He helps clients improve visibility over their financial position, strengthen processes and make informed decisions about both their businesses and personal wealth.
