Prior to joining RSM, Shikha spent over 11 years at Deloitte across Dubai and Melbourne, leading complex financial modelling engagements for government and private sector clients. Earlier in her career, she worked as an accountant in the oil and gas services industry with Baker Hughes and Halliburton, gaining strong foundations in financial controls, compliance and operational reporting.

Shikha is motivated by work that has real commercial and public impact, whether supporting a major infrastructure bid, enabling a strategic transformation program, or helping leadership teams assess profitability and funding options under tight timeframes.

Outside of work, Shikha is a dog lover with a passion for travel, theatre, cooking and unwinding with a good audiobook.
