Nadine Marke is a Director of the Corporate Finance division in Perth. She leads our Valuations and Litigation Support services team, undertaking more than 80 valuations in the WA market each year. Nadine provides expert reports for a wide range of purposes including Independent Expert Reports for listed company transactions and Expert Witness Valuation Reports for litigation proceedings in the Supreme Court and Family Court. Andrew Clifford is a Director of the Corporate Finance division in Melbourne. Andrew joined the Corporate Finance Division of RSM from the UK, over ten years ago. With over twenty years’ experience within professional practice, Andrew has a detailed knowledge and experience of financial modelling and corporate consultancy. Since joining RSM, Andrew has been pivotal in establishing RSM’s financial modelling framework and dedicated financial modelling team. Tracey Dunn is an Associate Director in the Tax Services division of RSM in Perth. Tracey has worked in senior roles in public practice for over sixteen years. Prior to commencing a career in public practice, Tracey worked in commerce in various roles including banking, logistics management, and international trade. Tracey has experience in assisting clients with ATO high wealth reviews, ATO audits, the preparation of private binding ruling applications, and objections to notices of assessments.
