Ramon is a Manager of the Business Advisory division located in Karratha and also supports clients from the Moora office.

With over 15 years of experience in accounting, Ramon thrives on helping clients grow their business and is passionate in developing leading solutions that best match their goals. He is motivated by seeing local Karratha business flourishing and booming, knowing that many have started off as a business plan on his very desk.

As a client driven business advisor, Ramon works with clients across the North West, Mid West and the Wheatbelt regions and is eager to provide continued support to local rural Western Australian businesses.

"Moving to Karratha in 2012 to open up a local office has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of the region, and in particular, an understanding in how to establish and grow businesses from the early ideas stage."

Prior to joining RSM in 2009, Ramon was a farm manager on a family-owned property in Watheroo.

Ramon is an avid swimmer, water polo enthusiast and considers himself a fish in the water. In his spare time, he loves to watch the AFL and any form of travelling, especially around Australia.
