Returning to Australia, she continued in IT before taking the leap to study accounting as a mature-age student, while pregnant with her second child. This personal journey has shaped her empathetic and practical style, and it resonates strongly with clients who appreciate her real-world insight and relatable approach.

When she's not working with clients or mentoring colleagues, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her family. She’s a proud grandmother of two young girls and loves organising family games nights. A keen sports fan, she’s been playing in her local corporate beach volleyball league for over 25 years and relishes cheering on her son during WAFL season. These interests bring balance to her life and speak to her fun, competitive spirit.
