Minty is a Principal in our Tax Services division and is based in our Melbourne office.
Minty is an experienced adviser, providing her clients with a range of solutions including tax planning and transaction support, transfer pricing, and international tax advice. Minty specialises in intercompany financial transactions, helping companies with designing intercompany funding transfer pricing policies.
Before working with RSM, Minty worked at Deloitte in the Melbourne office, KPMG in London, the ATO at the Economist Practice, and the Productivity Commission with the Australian Government.

Minty is known for her ability to recall information. When she was 14, she knew the names of every country's capital city. On the weekend you will usually find Minty enjoying road biking or playing a game of squash.

SIGNIFICANT PROJECTS
- Assisted a German-based company set up cash pooling arrangements, including determining arm’s length prices interest rates.
- Specialises in value chain analysis ("VCA"). One of the key outcomes of the Base Erosion and Profit-Shifting (BEPS) project is that taxpayers are required to have regard to value creation across the supply chain to support their transfer pricing policy. One of Minty's most exciting VCA projects was a review of operating models for one of the largest biopharmaceutical multinationals.
