RSM Australia is proud to have several candidates named as finalists in the Australian Accounting Awards 2025. 

The Australian Accounting Awards are the gold standard for events celebrating and recognising the achievements of accounting professionals and firms throughout Australia. Earning a finalist spot is widely regarded as an astounding accomplishment within the accounting sector. 

The list of finalists contains over 307 exceptional achievers across 36 submission-based categories. Finalists from RSM Australia include:

Support Staff of the Year - Jade Cui                                                           Thought Leader of the Year - Liam Telford

Rising Star of the Year  - Sarah Kelso                                                    

Accountants Daily Editor Miranda Brownlee congratulated the finalists and acknowledged the exceptional talent and skills of entrants in this year’s awards.

“Congratulations to all this year's finalists. Many of the categories this year received high numbers of entries. Deciding the winners between the many outstanding award submissions will be a difficult job for the judging panel this year,” Brownlee said.

The winners of the awards will be announced at a black-tie gala in Sydney on 20 June 2025.
