RSM Australia (RSM), one of the largest mid-tier accounting firms in Australia, has announced the appointment of new partners and principals across Australia, expanding the leadership team and signalling an ongoing commitment to growth.
Jamie O’Rourke, Chief Executive Partner, RSM Australia, said,

| Peter Revelas - Peter Revelas has been promoted to partner, Sydney Business Advisory. Peter has worked in chartered firms since 2001. He joined RSM in 2011, where he provides a commercial application of technical tax and accounting skills to suit the needs of his clients, which range from family groups and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) to corporate clients. Peter helps clients manage wealth and succession, establish structures, and implement processes and systems to achieve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. | |
| Justin Audcent Justin Audcent has been promoted to partner, Perth Corporate Finance. Justin has more than 25 years’ professional experience and has advised on more than 200 successful corporate mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets transactions, and international and cross-border deals. He joined RSM in 2017 and held previous roles at Crowe Horwath, Ernst & Young, and HLB Mann Judd. Justin’s clients include ASX-listed companies, owner-managed businesses, and large not-for-profit organisations. | |
| Stephen Stavrou Stephen Stavrou is new to RSM and has been appointed as partner, Brisbane Assurance and Advisory. Stephen spent 30 years at Deloitte, where he held various roles and leadership positions, with 15 years as a partner. His background and training is in external audit, control and governance processes, finance transformation, due diligence (including IPOs) and special investigations. Immediately prior to joining RSM, Stephen spent a year as an independent consultant to the Queensland government in a solutions-focused capacity. |
